Supplying a a range of products and apparel, there are naturally several ways to brand.

We offering various branding options including, screen and pad printing, embroidery, embossing, laser engraving and printed transfers.

Below is a few of our branding options that we use for both apparel and promotional products.

SCREEN PRINTING

Large blocks of colour or very fine line work and text can be printed with great detail.Spot Colour inks are very vivid and opaque, so they will print well on both light and dark colours.

FLAT BED SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen with a squeegee onto the product and is ideal for branding flat or cylindrical objects. Large print areas are possible on both flat and cylindrical products. Ideal for large solid areas of colour.

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery works best on heavier weight items or fabrics with good stability, ideally suited for Jackets, Caps, Beanies, Bags, Hoodies & Business Shirts.

SUBLIMATION PRINT

In this process we digitally print the entire fabric panels of garments before they are manufactured. The process only works on 100% polyester fabrics, so is mostly used for sports uniforms, although there are a range of other uses.

METALLIC SCREEN PRINTING

Metallic screen printing is a brilliant option for promotional purposes and also for fashion related designs and clients. Metallic inks give you a subtle, unfinished sheen.

PAD PRINT

Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer an image to a product from a laser etched printing plate. It is one of the most popular and affordable ways of branding promotional products due to its ability to reproduce images on uneven or curved products.

DIRECT SCREEN PRINTING

Direct Screen printing is achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen with a squeegee onto the product and is ideal for branding tote bags with a  jute, cotton or calico base.

SupaColour is a revolutionary new way of decorating promotional products and apparel. Smooth gradient profiles and pixelsharp photographic images are other strong points of the Supacolour process. Good for fine detail and small text.
